1.Introduction

This deoiling machine is made of 304 stainless steel. Mainly for the fruit and vegetable processing industry; fruit and vegetable, food cleaning in the food industry; dehydration and drying after blanching. This machine is used for units or individuals who need to dehydrate or deoiling. Completely replaced the bitter and tiring manual work, the machine is efficient and easy to use. 2.Working principle

The deoiling machine uses centrifugal motion as its working principle that the motor drives the inner tank to rotate at a high speed. The moisture in the dehumidified material is centrifuged under high-speed rotation. The water splashes out of the inner liner from the eyes of the inner shell to reach the inner tank to reach the dehydration purpose.

3.Machine structure

(1)The deoiling machine is a rubber shockproof type, which can avoid the vibration of the foot during operation due to the imbalance of the load in the drum.

(2)The outer casing is made of stainless steel plate.

(3)The bottom plate material is cast iron, the outlet pipe is on the side of the barrel, and the foot base and the column foot material are cast iron.

(4)The main shaft is made of stainless steel and is equipped with two bearings

(5)The deoiling machine uses a time controller to control the working time, which can be freely set according to the raw material dehydration time.
